Year Long Program - Mathematics for Grade 8
In 8th Grade mathematics, topics from 8th grade are elaborated on. You will find that topics such as Problem Solving, Angles, Volume, Equations and Algebra are repeated, however, if you look at the subtopics, you will see that the chapters are taught in more depth. You will also see new topics such as surface area, slope and association, and some representations. So, one thing that can be said about 8th grade math is that it teaches children the basic math skills they need to acquire before they go to high school.
